LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : College Night : BPA AfterDark presents DJ Kriss who funks it up and rocks it out with types of tumes that depend on the attendees. Grab a group of friends and take over the club. Could be elrctronica, could be funk, could be alt rock, largest group prevails...

EARLY SETS: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm : James Higgins and the Muddy Boots Band : Charlie Baker on guitar, Donald Denny on bass, Dustin Ericson on drums... These guys have a driving blues sound that will rock your soul. A real treat. Come in and have some eats and listen with pleasure, if you want to dance we'll clear some room.
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : TruTones : Snug Harbor: An evening of alternate rock: TruTones : After two years away, the TruTones have regrouped and are once again playing on the Bellingham scene. SKA rock with clear clean sounds : Snug Harbor: Alternative JAZZ rock at its fantastical magical limits, ready for some wizardry?

EARLY SETS: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm : Mary Michaelson and Lou Lippman Play Jazz : Jazz classics with big band tunes played by this duo and possibly other musician guests. Mary knows the tunes and sings them clear with her practiced voice. Lou is a man with keyboard dexterity and more than 40 years tickling the ivories. BONUS: Northwest Singles Group should be heavily in attendance!
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : DJ Flex Dance Club : BPA AfterDark presents DJ Flex with his body rocking Club mixes. Truly inspired sets with beats that will call your booty to the dance floor.

EARLY SETS: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm : Marinus Jazz Group : At minimum a Jazz Trio for the evening Marinus VanDeKamp brings in a special guest from Sweden, a renowned bass player by the name of Peter Axelsson. Peter has many recordings and years of experience playing round the world. Marinus is great at gathering excellent players to surround him as in getting Julian McDonough the local drum kit genius to provide the percussion !
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : Swagger Saturdays with DJ City : BPA AfterDark presents DJ City with his weekly booty call in the hip hop style. Bring your crew, drink and dance the night away. Shadow Play Dancing in the house!

These favorites at the Back Porch Alley tend to pack the house, so get in early and stay to the end of their set at 9:30pm.
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : Swagger Saturdays with DJ City : BPA AfterDark presents DJ City with his weekly booty call in the hip hop style. At 10pm we transform the house from the mellow saounds of Brazil to the current Club scene of today. Bring your crew, drink and dance the night away. Shadow Play Dancing in the house!

7 PM - DINNER AND CIRCUS DELIGHTS : A custom designed monthly show from the Bellingham Circus Guild for Back Porch Alley. Aerial gymnastic artistry from fabric and rope, juggling that will have you laughing with delight, fun and frolics that bring wonder into your life. Performance art at it's festive finest. This Circus Show packed the house last month, come and see the show with new acts. TICKETS $10 general admission - Kids 10yr and under $5 : Show Starts at 7pm-ish; Special Dinner Menu ; Live Music with The Librarians to follow.

EARLY SETS: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm : The Otters : Chad and crew play envigorating JAZZ. These folks really know how to make the old standards fresh and incorporate lots of "new" jazz as well. Head Otter Chad Petersen on guitar and vocals; Miss Sonja Lee with powerful vocals; Robert "Goldtooth" Ray on doghouse bass and vocals; Kevin Woods trilling on Trumpet and Flugelhorn.
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : BPA Friday Club Mixes with DJ Flex : Club Mixes with a backbeat that just won't quit. You could go to VanBC to a place like Richards on Richards to hear mixes like this, or you can come to the BPA AfterDark!

EARLY SETS: 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm : Ralph Estes Solo Estates : Folk rock solo artist Ralph Estes brings originals and folk standards to the Back Porch Alley the night before the Ski-to-Sea race. Come on in after the parade and load up on some Hand Cut Steak and Sweet Mashed Potato with Fried Okra for the contest Sunday. All Ages welcome.
LATE SETS: 10:15 pm - 1:00 am : Swagger Saturdays with DJ City : BPA AfterDark presents DJ City with his weekly booty call in the hip hop style. At 10pm we transform the house from the mellow sounds of Ralph Estes to the current Club scene of today. Bring your crew, drink and dance the night away.

With Reid's clear and clean voice singing classic folk and easy ballads, you will be transported to a comfortable place some call home. He mixes in a few originals just to keep his writer's itch satisfied. Have some ribs and catfish, collard greens and sweet potatoe fries with your songs.
LATE SETS: 10:00 pm - 1:00 am : Telef~on : Jazz Trio that could be recording for international play. All originals. Want to hear some sweet cool jazz? Tonight is the night. Bill McDonough keyboards, Dylan Scott drums, Ryan Tattersall standup bass. If you like modern jazz, you want to hear this band.

Have some dinner, or appetizers and some drinks and enjoy. Remember it's ALL Ages until 10pm, so bring the family and enjoy the music experience.
